Repairs

I will gladly repair any piece that becomes damaged from shipment or normal wear for 1 year after the purchase date. I will also repair jewelry that becomes damaged after the initial 1 year period for a small materials fee. Please email Vicki@rocknhorsedesigns.com to receive return authorization for any repairs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date on your invoice.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Email your return request to: Vicki@rocknhorsedesigns.com

2. Send all item(s) and a copy of your invoice in original condition and
packaging to:

3. Within 1 week of receiving the item, we will inspect it and email notification to you. A full refund will be issued.*

4. If an item proves to be defective after a reasonable amount of time exceeding the 14 day grace period please contact us for instructions.

Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender.

Rock’N Horse Designs will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments. Please insure your return shipments.
